This Privacy Policy applies to the Metalytics mobile application and related website (the "Services") provided by Blu Software ("Blu Software," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you acknowledge this Policy.
1. Core Privacy Approach
Metalytics is designed to store your portfolio and app data locally on your device. As of February 17, 2026, we do not collect, sell, rent, or broker personal data that identifies you for advertising or profiling purposes.
2. Information We Process
Depending on your usage, the Services may process: holdings and price-tracking inputs you enter, local device preferences, and limited technical logs required for app reliability, debugging, and security operations.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is intended to remain on your device unless you explicitly export, back up, sync through third-party systems, or otherwise choose to transfer it. Device-level protections such as passcode and Face ID controls are your responsibility to configure and maintain.
4. Third-Party Services
We may rely on third-party infrastructure (for example, market data, hosting, or diagnostics vendors) to operate the Services. Those providers are contractually or operationally limited to service-delivery purposes and remain subject to their own privacy terms.
5. No Guarantee of Absolute Security
No software, network, transmission method, or storage environment is completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blu Software disclaims liability for unauthorized access, data loss, or disclosure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including device compromise, credential theft, platform vulnerabilities, or third-party failures.
6. Financial Information and Sensitive Decisions
Metalytics provides informational tooling only and is not a bank, custodian, broker, exchange, registered investment adviser, tax adviser, accountant, or law firm. You are solely responsible for all financial, legal, and tax decisions.
7. Future Data Features
If we introduce any feature requiring personal data collection beyond what is described here, we will provide updated disclosures and, where required by law, request consent or provide lawful opt-in or opt-out controls before such processing occurs.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If we learn that personal information from a child was collected in violation of law, we will take appropriate remedial action.
